Orders

Warranty

New and refurbished devices are supplied with a warranty as stated at the point of sale. Warranty does not cover accidental, physical or liquid damage, or unauthorised repairs.

Trade-in values are assessed at our discretion based on the device's make, model and condition. You confirm that any device you trade in is your property and free of any lock or finance.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased. We are not liable for loss of data — please back up your device before any service.
