Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Mobile Corners. This Return Policy sets out when and how you can return or exchange a product. It does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Change-of-mind returns

• You may return most unused products within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and proof of purchase.
• The device must not be activated, and any activation lock or account must be removed.

Faulty or damaged goods

If a product develops a fault, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act. Please bring the item and your proof of purchase to the store as soon as the fault appears.

Non-returnable items

• Products with a broken hygiene or security seal (such as earphones) once opened, unless faulty.
• Prepaid SIM cards, top-up vouchers and downloadable content once used or redeemed.
• Items showing physical or liquid damage caused after purchase.

How to return an item

Bring the item, all original packaging and your receipt to our store at 47 St. Sepulchre Gate, Doncaster, DN1 1TD, or call us first on 0333 015 1912 so we can advise you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
